Welcome to SISC 2026

Rapid advances in artificial intelligence, data analytics, Internet of Things (IoT), cyber-physical systems, and digital governance are transforming how societies function and how communities are planned, governed, and sustained. The concept of Societal Intelligence refers to the collective capacity of societies to sense, analyze, learn, and act intelligently using technology, data, and human-centered design to improve quality of life. Smart Communities extend this vision by integrating intelligent systems into urban and rural environments to enhance inclusivity, sustainability, resilience, and well-being.
